Do you live in a Green Zone?
The Cannabis Green Zones were created to protect the environment and ensure that the land will be able to sustain life for decades to come. There are many things that must be considered before a parcel of land can be classified as a Cannabis Green Zone, but the most important factor is that it must have healthy soil. For this reason, most of our properties are located in rural areas with good access to water sources. As an added bonus, all property owners within these zones receive additional tax breaks from the government!
Are you interested in investing in real estate?
Have you ever thought about buying your own piece of land? Well now is your chance! The government has just announced their plan for legalization, and the Cannabis Green Zone is a great place to start.
The Cannabis Green Zone is a program designed to help you get started in the cannabis industry. It allows you to buy land and grow your own cannabis real estate on it, or build greenhouses if you’re looking for a quicker return on investment. Cannabis Green Zones are located in rural areas of michigan , Detroit , and illinois . They provide access to water sources and have good soil conditions for growing marijuana.
The main benefit of these zones is that they provide tax breaks for owners who use their property as part of the legal cannabis business industry! The government would like to see more people growing their own weed instead of buying it from dispensaries, so they’ve created incentives to encourage this shift in behavior.
Unfortunately, there’s no way around the fact that growing marijuana is still illegal on the federal level. But what if you could grow your weed in a state where it’s legal, and then transport it across the border to a state where it’s not? That would be amazing! It would also probably be against the law, but let’s pretend for a second that this is possible.
I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that if you’re reading this post, you have some experience growing weed at home. If you don’t, maybe skip this one because I’m about to get pretty technical. Anyways…growing marijuana outdoors in northern California has many advantages over growing indoors (which I’ll cover later).
The biggest advantage is cost – outdoor grows can be less than half the cost of indoor grows. Why?
Because you’re not paying for electricity and you don’t have to buy a grow light. When growing outdoors, the only real costs are: Seeds Germination Medium (soil or coco coir) Materials to construct your grow space (buckets, soil, etc.) Nutrients Water Electricity You’ll also need to factor in things like pots/containers, nutrients, and other little odds and ends like gloves or timers. But when comparing an indoor vs outdoor setup it is really just these 6 items that make up the majority of your total cost. So let’s look at each individually… 1) Seeds – I’ve seen seeds go as low as $10 for a pack of 10 (usually feminized) seeds.
I’ve also seen them for $30 or more for the same amount. The price you pay will depend on whether they are feminized, how rare or common they are, and if they have a good track record. Usually the cheapest seeds come from online seed banks but there is no guarantee that they will be viable (i.e.: actually grow).
The most expensive seeds usually range from $10-25 dollars per pack of 5 seeds and are usually clones from reputable growers that don’t have to rely on germination rates to make money – so they can offer high quality genetics at a lower cost than the big name seed companies like Sensi Seeds, Paradise Seeds or DNA Genetics .
Looking for green zone real estate listings?
You’re looking for property in the green zone? It’s likely that you’re looking for a place that is close to a quality school or other amenities. You may be interested in leafy neighborhoods with lots of parks and green space.
Smart homes are all the rage, and you’ll want to find a place where you can raise your family in a safe environment. We’ve compiled a list of the most highly sought-after zones, as well as what you can expect to find when searching for listings in each. Red Zone The red zone is the most dangerous area in the country.
Most of these areas have a high crime rate, and they’re also prone to natural disasters. Many people choose not to live here, but those who do are often those who can’t afford to live elsewhere. These areas could be great for investors looking to buy cheap homes that they can fix up and flip, though this is not an option for anyone who’s looking for a place to raise their family.
It’s important that you don’t let yourself fall into debt when purchasing property in this area; you may need your money for repairs or even relocating if things get too dangerous. Orange Zone Orange zones are considered middle-of-the -road when it comes to danger and affordability.
The prices in these areas are lower than in red zones, but higher than those of green zones. In some cases, you may find a decent home for a good price, but you’re more likely to find property that needs fixing up or that’s already been vandalized.
You may also be paying higher taxes on your property due to the increased risk of crime in this area. Orange Zone Neighborhoods: Blue Zone Blue zones are not very dangerous and tend to have low crime rates, but they can still be fairly expensive depending on where you are and what kind of home you’re looking for. You’ll probably have to put some work into making these places livable because they’re usually pretty run down.
Blue zones are the best places to look for affordable housing, but they’re not always easy to find. Many of them are filled with abandoned buildings and lots where you can build a new home. You can also find some older homes that need work that have very low property taxes in these areas as well.

In addition, there are no limits on home cultivation of weed for personal use. Michigan is also one of the states that has a “safe harbor” clause in their laws. This means that if you are caught with weed in your possession, you will not be arrested or charged with a crime- so long as you have less than 2.5 ounces of marijuana on your person and it is not being used for sale.

In some cases, the penalties are less severe because of the belief that pot is not as harmful as other drugs such as cocaine and heroin. In any case involving a crime that involves marijuana, you will need to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney who can help you with your particular situation.
